Online Workouts
Want to work out with me? I have an online studio with hundreds of Pilates-ish Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Wunda Chair, and Fuse Ladder classes! You can subscribe for just $15 a month, and I add new classes every week so you’ll never get bored.
I do mostly teach using music – so I link you to my Spotify mixes if you want to groove along. But if you don’t like music, you can just listen to the dulcet sounds of my teaching voice.
If you are a neuro patient, you can find symptom-focused workouts and tutorials at The Neuro Studio (deets below).
My Work
Fuse Ladder
Fuse Ladder is the workout I needed to exist, but since it didn’t, I invented it. I love tough strength training and I need to do standing exercise and balance work. The Fuse Ladder is patented and everything. Add inventor to the list of things I never thought I would do. Check it out here.
The Neuro Studio
If you have a neurological disease, you can learn how to mitigate your symptoms and potentially lessen disease progression with the right exercise. I partner with a super-smart physiologist and Pilates instructor Meghann Koppele on the website. Our workouts and workshops are scientifically-backed and studio-tested. Plus, my neurologist is really famous, and he thinks I’m a genius. You can check out workouts for MS, Stroke, Parkinson’s disease and more at The Neuro Studio.
The MS Master Plan & Patient Consults
The MSMP on-demand virtual offering is the biggest and most personal project I've ever done.
The goal? To create the most comprehensive single source of information about life with Multiple Sclerosis in existence.
There are more than 275 videos — all meticulously organized so you can find what you need, on-demand, anytime — and it covers everything from medical treatments, alternative therapies, diets & supplements to disability insurance, navigating relationships & family life with MS, and more. And I’m always adding new content.
This course is the culmination of what I've learned in nearly 20 years of living with MS and a decade working directly with MS clients. But it isn't just my story. It also includes invaluable information and insights from more than 50 experts and patients from around the world.
The MS Master Plan is everything I wanted to know about multiple sclerosis in one place, and it's my hope that every person who views it learns something that makes a dramatic and positive impact on their life with MS. Click here to learn more.
I also offer individual consults for patients to talk about your concerns, what you’ve tried, what you might consider trying, your movement challenges, and more. Schedule at the booking button at the top of this page.
Workshops & Teacher Coaching
I have been teaching workshops around the world for over 10 years, with a focus on Neuroscience and neurological illness and injury. I also offer online workshops: Pilates for Neurological Conditions, Understanding Parkinson’s Disease, and Understanding Stroke. More than 1500 movement professional across the U.S., Canada, Australia, Middle East, Europe, and Asia have taken to date. Find my workshop schedule and take an online course here. You can also find shorter workshops at Pilates Anytime, where this photo is from.
If you are a teacher wanting to go in depth about a topic, ask questions about your client, or go through my training for content creation for workshops and other products, shoot me an email or schedule above. I also run an annual year-long mentorship with Neuro Studio partner Meghann Koppele Duffy.
